Each project is approached with a distinct vision based on our clients’ individual needs and aspirations. Once we establish a project brief, a bespoke proposal will outline the services agreed.

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so that Caitlin can be fully involved in the design process with all our clients.

the process

Typically our projects work through the below phases of work

  • Concept Design - An overall direction for look and feel of each space is presented alongside layout options.

  • Schematic Design - Furniture plans, key elevations, and materials bring the concept into a more concrete design. At this phase we also introduce detailed budget breakdowns to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • Detailed Design - All the tiny details are finalised and documented to prepare for a seamless renovation.

  • Implementation & Installation - Two sets of services are included in this phase - FFE implementation and installation as well as site and design obligations. We act as our clients’ ally and offer project coordination, taking away the stress of building works.
