SOUTHWEST LONDON VICTORIAN
Originally a three-bedroom terraced house with an outdated layout, the property was reimagined to meet the needs of a growing family. The brief called for a loft extension and side return to maximise space, improve functionality, and introduce a refined, cohesive aesthetic that reflects the occupants’ lifestyle. Through meticulous space planning, two additional bedrooms and 2.5 new bathrooms were seamlessly integrated into the home.
The completed design features hand-painted murals in the dining room and children’s bedrooms, adding character and individuality. A bespoke kitchen, designed by Caitlin, has been tailored precisely to the family’s requirements, while a 2-by-6-metre glass ceiling floods the side return with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and connection throughout the home.
